In 2020, Mr & Mrs Hill diversified into Commercial Lighting projects, boasting a prestigious clientele that includes celebrities and A-list figures. Over the next four years, the brand experienced exponential growth, transforming into a nationally recognised and highly sought-after entity with a team of contractors and multiple locations across Australia.

Cassandra Hill played a pivotal role in shaping the Mr & Mrs Hill brand. She not only oversaw its expansion but also developed a range of products and services that addressed the needs of the lighting and event industry. Her leadership and achievements have garnered recognition, with Cassandra being featured on the cover of Downtown Magazine's "Women in Business" issue. Additionally, she has shared her insights at various business events as a panellist and guest speaker.

Beyond her business success, Cassandra has extended her influence to support and uplift other women in business. Acting as a mentor and guide, she offers one-on-one business and mindset mentoring sessions, dedicating 30 or 60 minutes to help individuals navigate their business and personal development paths.

Despite her business travel schedule, Cassandra resides in Glen Innes, NSW, with her husband and two daughters.
